If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its listing, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Because raw gemstones are natural products, minor variations in color or shape from photos are expected and are not eligible for return on their own.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.
